Haryana BPL Families with annual income less than ₹1 lakh are eligible to avail benefits under this scheme.

Free Travel : Beneficiaries can enjoy free travel in Haryana Roadways buses up to 1,000 kilometers per year.

Happy Card Collection Process

To obtain the Happy Card, applicants will have to pay a nominal government fee of ₹50 per card, which is currently non-refundable. On successful application, the card can be collected from the specified depot selected during the form filling process. Card delivery is as per the date chosen by the applicant. Additionally, the government informs cardholders about the availability of their cards through SMS. While collecting the card, individuals must present the reference number provided during the application process and the original Aadhaar card at the designated depot.

Happy Card Activation Process

Activating the Happy Card is a straightforward process. Upon receiving the card, individuals receive an OTP, which they use to reset their PIN. This PIN serves as the key to activate the card and unlock its benefits.
