Eligibility Criteria

To avail benefits of this scheme, applicants must fulfill the following conditions:

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.

  • The applicant’s house must not have a toilet already.

  • Applicant must belong to a BPL (Below Poverty Line) family or be listed in Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) data.

  • The applicant should not have received benefits under any similar scheme before.

  1. Visit your nearest Gram Panchayat or Municipal Office.

  2. Ask for the Free Toilet Scheme form.

  3. Fill in all details correctly and attach the required documents.

  4. Submit the form to the concerned officer.

  5. After verification, ₹12,000 will be transferred directly to your bank account for toilet construction.
