Haryana Ayushman Card Download 2025: Download Chirayu Haryana Ayushman Card: Through Parivar Pehchan Patra, the Haryana government has begun producing Ayushman cards (Chirayu Ayushman Haryana). The Haryana government is currently working to create Ayushman cards for all families in the Parivar Pehchan Patra whose income is less than Rs 300000 (3 Lakh). Families with incomes of between 1.80 lakh and 3 lakh rupees will pay a contribution of 1500 rupees per family each year. and utilise the Ayushman Card’s benefits. Haryana Ayushman Card Eligibility

Less than 3 lakh in PPP is the family income. Income must be verified by the sector and local committees.
Families with an annual income between 1.80 lakh and 3 lakh rupees must pay 1500 rupees to use the Chirayu Ayushman Card.
Families with incomes under Rs. 1.80 lakh are not need to pay anything in order to use the benefits of an Ayushman Card.
