Haryana IT Saksham Yuva Scheme 2025: The Citizen Resources Information Department (CRID), Haryana, has launched the IT-Skilled Youth Scheme 2024, aimed at providing free digital training to 60,000 unemployed youth across the state. This initiative is designed to enhance the IT skills of young individuals and prepare them for careers in the modern digital world. Under this scheme, eligible youth will receive specialized training in various IT domains to improve their employability in both government and private sectors. The goal is to make them job-ready and align their skills with current industry demands.
A Placement Cell, established by CRID, will assist qualified candidates in finding employment opportunities in different government departments as well as private organizations. Youth deployed in government departments under this scheme will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 for their work. Additionally, those who successfully clear the skill evaluation test but are waiting for deployment will be provided an unemployment allowance of ₹10,000 per month during the waiting period.

Age Limit
The age limit for Haryana IT Saksham Yuva Scheme 2025 is 18- 35 Years.
Age Relaxation: For SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation is also applicable.
Eligibility Criteria under IT Saksham Yuva Scheme
- Domicile of Haryana having a valid PPP ID.
- Age should be between 18 to 35 years.
- Not be in any kind of employment.
- Graduate or post-graduate (B. Tech./ BCA/ BSc. IT) / (M.E./M. Tech./MCA/MSc IT/MBA IT).
- Candidates will be eligible for unemployment allowance only if the annual family income of the candidate does not exceed rupees three lakhs.
