Haryana Ration Card eKYC Online Process
The Haryana government has now started a big facility for ration card holders. Now you do not need to go to the ration depot to get e-KYC done. The government has launched a special mobile app, with the help of which you can do e-KYC from your mobile sitting at home. This facility has been started especially for BPL cardholders and Public Distribution System (PDS) beneficiaries, so that there is no problem in getting ration and fake beneficiaries can be removed from the system.
How to do Haryana BPL Ration Card e-KYC from mobile app? Complete process step-by-step
Step 1: Download the “Mera e-KYC” app
- First of all go to the Google Play Store of your mobile.
- Search: Mera e-KYC or “Mera e-KYC”
- Download and install the app.
Step 2: Allow location
- On opening the app, some permissions will be asked, Allow them.
- Now the app will ask to verify your location.
- Select your state (Haryana) and location.
3: Enter Aadhaar number and OTP
- Now you have to enter your Aadhaar number in the app.
- A captcha code will appear on the screen, fill it correctly.
- Then click on “Generate OTP”.
- The OTP will come on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar.
- Enter that OTP in the app.
Step 4: Do Face e-KYC
As soon as the OTP is verified, the app’s camera will turn on.
- Now take a clear photo of your face.
- This process is conducted by the app itself.
- Click the photo and press the Submit button.
Step 5: KYC is complete
- Your face e-KYC will be successfully completed in a few seconds.
- A confirmation message will appear on the screen.
- If there is any mistake, repeat the process.
